Maggie is well-travelled and deeply connected to the industry, with nearly two decades of experience as an English teacher. She brings a strong focus on communication, guest experience, and what it takes to get the best from each property.

Dan brings extensive tourism experience, including founding the Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival and the George Street Market, and leading the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 for the city. He adds a clear understanding of how to position properties, deliver high-quality management, and maximise returns.

Together, we own and operate our own short-stay properties in Dunedin. That firsthand experience shapes how we position, manage, and optimise properties to achieve consistently strong results.
