Staywise is a boutique short-stay property management business based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. We work closely with a small group of property owners to deliver strong returns while ensuring each home is carefully looked after.
Our approach is simple: manage fewer properties, do it properly, and build long-term relationships with the owners we work with.
Being locally based means we are involved day-to-day in the management of each property. From overseeing guest experiences to coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and presentation, we ensure every home is well cared for and consistently prepared for guests.
